Enki-Bio, a process for the treatment of leachates and contaminated effluents, developed by SERPOL, based on Membrane BioReactor (MBR) technology.
The purpose of the process: to pour clean water, respecting current regulations, into the natural environment. To do this, the device includes two treatment stages: treatment in biological deposits –Enki-Bio– developing bacteria that “eat” contamination such as ammonia in this case; the second consists of separating the water from the sludge generated in the first phase through an ultrafiltration process.
