It is currently abandoned and undergoing urban rezoning.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Issue and Waste Management:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0During the inspection work, more than 800 containers with various chemical substances were identified, along with 5 underground tanks containing unidentified products, 3 wells, and surface spills. Our technicians classified and managed waste such as fuel, solvents, cresols, phthalates, and materials that have been discontinued for over two decades.
